Hiroshima Yagumo

Was recently in Hiroshima for business and found this restaurant behind my hotel (Daiwa Roynet Hotel). I went in because it reminded me of restaurants in Europe - open air and inviting. The food exceeded my expectations and was very delicious. I had no problems communicating with the restaurant personnel, regarding ordering food. The chefs cooked in the open so you could watch and I especially enjoyed watching one very attractive young woman cook. The wine selection was very good. I ate dinner at this restaurant 3 times during my 6 nights in Hiroshima. My favorite was the seafood spaghetti.

跟传统的餐厅有很大的不一样，这里走的路线是比较小资的，还带有一种非主流的感觉，菜品方面还是不错的。

The hotel offers a bib in a very intimate way so you don&#39;t have to worry about your silk clothes.

This restaurant is located in the Hiroshima Mitsui Garden Hotel. You&#39;ll find white bibs at your place at the table to protect your clothing--a nice touch! The miso soup was excellent. The sushi was good and so was the tempura. However, ginger was missing. The service was erratic and everyone was not served at the same time. Some people were a quarter the way finished with their meal before others were served.
